How Does mailENGINE+ Work?

mailENGINE+ allows you to send mass information and marketing emails to your clients, contacts and prospects, delivered in attractive HTML emails that merge in details as necessary (eg Dear John ...). It's a simple 3 step process:

Upload Your Contacts

The contact details can be bulk uploaded, entered individually and/or entered directly from the registration form on your website. You can easily manage these contacts in our contactMANAGER system.

Create Your Email

mailENGINE+ makes it easy to build and send dynamic emails (HTML emails with logos and branding). Our user-friendly interface makes it easy to quickly transform your text into professional looking emails.

Schedule Your Emails

Simply schedule the date and time for your email and our systems will deliver them for you, using our servers and bandwidth. You can send as many mailshots as you want.

Use mailENGINE+ to avoid the mailshot lick and stick admin nightmare, and save yourself hundreds of unbillable hours stuffing envelopes, addressing, stamping, and mailing. Also factor in the costs of paper, envelopes, printing and postage.

If you'd prefer, we'll do all the work for you - uploading contacts. setting up the emails, scheduling and sending the emails. All you have to do is send the information to us and we'll send out up to 12 emails a year for you.

How Much Does It Cost?

No set-up fee.

£40 per month plus VAT. (£60 per month plus VAT for the managed option).
There is a minimum contract period of 12 months.

How To Place An Order

Click here to find the items you want and add them to your Shopping Basket. When you've chosen everything you need click on the shopping basket button and checkout. You can pay by direct debit or cheque.

Note:

mailENGINE+ is only available to customers who already use one of our products that includes an emailing service (ie website/resourceCENTRE+). For this you can send an unlimited amount of emails.
This will allow you to upload 1000 contacts and send emails to these contacts. If you wish to upload more contacts then contact us for prices.
